Sibongiseni Qagana

I am an advocate of the High Court of South Africa, admitted to the Johannesburg Society of Advocates in December 2019. My practice is focused on public law, including administrative law, procurement law and municipal law, with additional experience in labour and commercial litigation. My experience includes motion court and action proceedings, disciplinary hearings, arbitration proceedings, and the preparation of legal opinions for both the public and private sectors. I serve as the Chairperson of the Administrative Committee at the Victoria Mxenge Group of Advocates and as the Coordinator for Advocates for Transformation at the same group.
