Catherine Kruyer

Catherine was admitted to the JSA in 2022 and joined the Group in 2024. Catherine holds BSocSci and LLB degrees from the University of Cape Town. Prior to joining the Bar, Catherine clerked for Justice Theron at the Constitutional Court, clerked for the Chief Justice at the Supreme Court of Malawi and interned at the International Criminal Court in The Hague. Her preferred areas of practice include constitutional, international, administrative and general commercial law. She has appeared in the High Court, the Supreme Court of Appeal and the Constitutional Court
