Kenny Mosime

Adv. Kenny Mosime is an admitted advocate of the High Court of South Africa, in private practice and a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates since 2011. Since 2015, he has been regularly appointed as Acting Judge of the Labour Court. Adv. Kenny Mosime has combined skills and wide experience in dispute resolution (ADR), training, management and facilitation. A former trade unionist (National Union of Mineworkers for 9 years), he was a Convening Senior Commissioner (CSC) at the CCMA in Gauteng, and then a National Senior Commissioner of the CCMA responsible for dispute prevention (1997 – 2002). He has co-written a book on the labour arbitration process. His area of expertise is largely Labour Law, as well as Administrative and Constitutional Law. He is member of Victoria Mxenge Group of Advocates.
