Lwazi Nkosi

Lwazi Nkosi was called to the Bar in 2019. He holds a BCom(Law) degree and an LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand. 

Lwazi has a general commercial litigation practice, with experience in intellectual property, company law, insolvency and contract law matters. He also has a keen interest in the areas of labour/employment law, regulatory law and corporate crime investigations. 

Prior to joining the Bar, Lwazi was an attorney specialising in commercial transactions across a range of industries including the mining and financial services sectors.
