Liam Minné

Advocate

Liam Minné holds a B.Soc.Sci (Hons) and an LLB.  Before being admitted to the Johannesburg Bar, he clerked at the Constitutional Court of South Africa and thereafter completed his articles of clerkship at Webber Wentzel.

Liam has a general commercial practice, with particular interest and experience in all aspects of arbitration.  In addition to his court work, Liam regularly appears before the Financial Services Tribunal and provides advice across various commercial sectors.  His public law practice is focused on administrative and constitutional law.
