Hannine regularly represents retirement funds and other stakeholders in the pension funds industry. Her practice also includes general financial services law, administrative law, constitutional law and competition law.

Prior to joining the Bar in 2016, Hannine was an attorney practicing corporate transactional law (2008 – 2010, New York) and pension and regulatory litigation (2011 – 2015, Bowmans, Johannesburg). She holds a Bachelors in Accounting, LLB, two LLM degrees (focusing on corporate governance and business and human rights, respectively), a post-graduate diploma in economics for competition law from King’s College London, and is a qualified mediator.
