Emma Webber

Emma Webber was admitted to the Johannesburg Bar in 2014, and joined the group the following year. Emma holds a B.Soc Sci (PPE) and LLB from the University of Cape Town and a BCL (Masters’ degree) from Oxford University. In 2010-2011, she clerked at the Constitutional Court for Justice Edwin Cameron. Emma’s areas of speciality are administrative and constitutional law. Her areas of practice also include immigration and refugee law, defamation and media law, international law, commercial litigation, competition law, environmental law, land and housing matters and public and regulatory matters.
