Lerato has a strong Public Law and General practice. She has been involved in leading cases in the areas of Constitutional Law, Mining, Labour and Human Rights. She has led complex arguments in the Constitutional Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Labour Court, Competition Tribunal and High Court. She holds position as in-house Counsel at the Centre for Applied Legal Studies (CALS) and Lectures part-time at the Wits University. She was co-counsel in the evidence leading team in the Bapo Ba Mogale Commission of Inquiry. Before joining the Bar Lerato had a collective experience of 8 year as a Legal Adviser.
